1996

BROSET sp. z o. o. Established in September 1996. At the beginning of its activity, the company dealt exclusively with the sale of anticorrosive and fire protective paints, employing only three people and until today it sells specialist anticorrosive paints.

1999

In 1999, the company also started the production of steel structures for industrial and specialist construction, frames for straightening chassis, aluminum hose clamps, car cradles. Currently, the company employs about 100 people, including a highly qualified group and qualified personnel for the supervision and control of the production process (with VT, UT, MT licenses).

Broset Sp. z o.o., established in Walcz, is a company with a recognized position on the European market. For more than twenty years we have been producing certified steel and steel-concrete products with unusual shapes, non-standard construction solutions and a high degree of technological advancement, such as heads, posts, bolts, girders, diagonals or anchors, including products registered under the Geilinger-Stützen / Geilinger-Pilz trademark. The elements produced by us are used on the construction sites of residential, commercial and industrial buildings mainly in Germany and Benelux countries. Our contractors have trusted us prestigious engineering projects, to which we have delivered the vast majority of components for individual floors, e.g. Philharmonic on the Elbe in Hamburg (elbphilharmonie.de), headquarters of the European Central Bank in Frankfurt am Main and the Experimenta Science Center in Heilbronn.

2012

The plant has been subject to continuous supervision of German units notified by the European Commission since 2012 to verify the technical capacity of manufacturers and to assess the conformity of their products with the requirements of harmonized standards and Community directives. Recognized in the European Community, the technical supervision authorities, called PÜZ institutions (ger. Prüfung, Überwachung, Zertifizierung), affiliated under the aegis of the society of GSI-SLV, on the basis of the positive results of cyclical audits, awarded the company with:

certificate of meeting the full quality requirements for welding metal materials in accordance with EN ISO 3834-2: 2005;

welding certificate according to the content o Tab. B.1 EN 1090-1 confirming the plant's ability to weld steel structural elements in the EXC3 performance class according to EN 1090-2: 2008 + A1: 2011;

certificate of conformity of factory production control in the processes of cutting, perforating, forming, welding and corrosion protection of load-bearing elements and their sets made of steel up to class EXC3 according to EN 1090-2: 2008 + A1: 2011 in line with the provisions of Regulation 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council EU of 9 March 2011 on construction products (CPR - construction products regulation);

certificate of the manufacturer's qualification for making load-bearing joints and non-bearing rods made of reinforcing steel grade B500, including elements made of steel grade S355 inclusive according to DIN-EN ISO 17660-1.2.

2017

From 23.03.2017, the main associate of the comapny is spannverbund GmbH represented by M. Sefan Böhling.

Meeting the requirements of the harmonized standar PN-EN 1090-1 + A1: 2012 and related standards, the plant remains authorized to manufacture structures made of unalloyed and fine grain steel from materials 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 according to CEN ISO / TR 15608 (ie up to S460N inclusive) using bonding and cutting processes listed in the table below.

Highest quality guarantee

The appropriate quality of elements leaving the production halls of the Company is guaranteed by about sixty experienced direct production workers, and, above all, our qualified control personnel. The Company dispose of five non-destructive testing operators certified according to the EN ISO 9712 standard in degrees 1 +2 in visual inspection (VT), magnetic-powder (MT), penetration (PT), ultrasonic (UT) and weld radiographs (RT-ORS) methods. Welding operations are supervised by two international welding engineers (IWE diplomas), while three production quality controllers supervise the correctness of the manufacturing processes and the geometrical accuracy of the products. In turn, the application processes of painting protective coatings with the hydrodynamic spraying technique are subject to the supervision of the In-house Anti-Corrosion Inspector, certified by the Institute of Road and Bridge Construction (SAMS diploma).

The current certification of the plant according to international technical standards, long-term cooperation with foreign clients, a wide portfolio of orders, as well as the share of foreign funds in the company's capital constitute optimistic forecasts for further development of the company.
